A little bit
different
Hi! I’m Roxanne, a web designer and manager with over 10 years of experience helping small businesses build websites that don’t just look good but actually work for them. If you’re a small business owner or entrepreneur trying to get your business off the ground, I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re juggling a million tasks and not getting the results you need.
But that’s exactly where I come in. I take the chaos of your business and turn it into something organized, efficient, and designed to help you achieve the success you deserve—without all the stress. I’m passionate about making complex things simple, and creating systems that free up your time so you can focus on the things you actually love about your business.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible clients who needed everything from full website overhauls to Shopify migrations. I’ve seen it all, from sites that crash under pressure to businesses that simply aren’t getting the online traction they deserve. One of my proudest moments was working on a WordPress-to-Shopify e-commerce migration for a small Canadian business. In just one year, their sales grew by 30%. That’s the kind of result-driven work I do.
But it’s not just about tech for me; it’s about understanding people. I incorporate the MBTI school of thought into my work, which allows me to design with not just the user experience in mind, but how people process information, make decisions, and interact with content. This helps me create not only beautiful websites but ones that make sense to your target audience, turning visitors into loyal customers.
Whether you need a website redesign, a new marketing strategy, or systems that help you run your business more smoothly, I’ve got the knowledge and experience to make it happen.
If your inbox is a war zone, your calendar is a mess, and your task list makes you want to cry… I’ve got a plan for that.

“Roxanne, you’re pretty amazing at getting this done, I’m highly impressed. Many service providers are satisfied to provide the services at face value but you’ve been a partner through this and your advice and insight is invaluable.”
I’ve spent much of my life navigating change—whether it’s moving across provinces, embracing heritage, or adapting to the challenges life throws at us. I was born in Winnipeg to a Cree mother and father with a French name, then later spent a decade in British Columbia, where I learned to appreciate the quiet beauty of the mountains, the rhythms of nature, and how to create meaningful connections with people. Life took me in a new direction, and I found myself in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, continuing my journey and bringing my experiences into the work I do today.
In many ways, I’ve come to see my story as one of constant growth and transformation. I don’t believe in staying stuck or letting obstacles define me. Instead, I lean into them—finding new ways to overcome, adapt, and move forward. And I carry that mindset into every project I take on.
And through all the changes and challenges, I have a constant companion—Remy, my small dog, who’s been my source of patience and resilience. Remy has Addison’s Disease, and caring for her has taught me that sometimes, you need to slow down, take a breath, and tend to what matters most. It’s a reminder that life, like business, is all about balance—creating space for both the practical and the personal, knowing that every step forward counts, even when it feels small.
So, if you’re looking for someone who’s passionate, patient, and committed to helping you succeed, I’m here for it. I’m not just in the business of web design—I’m in the business of supporting your dreams, building something that’s sustainable, and making sure your business is as functional as it is meaningful. Because, after all, it’s not just about what I do—it’s about how I do it, and the way I show up for you along the way.
“I was talking about you over the weekend and how you never gave up on me and were always responsive to my needs and a pleasure to deal with. I find it isn’t uncommon for businesses in this space to excel at their trade (i.e. building websites) and then fail on the customer service and business administration front. You were a great listener and a true professional across the spectrum.”
