2 Weeks Before:
Discovery questionnaire (I learn your business inside-out)

I create our focused game plan for the day & do research so I’m prepared to check off your to-do list properly
You block off your calendar for one-day of glorious, collaborative productivity. You’re free to leave and do other stuff while I’m busy working away, as long as I can reach you if I have questions or need a one-time password for a login.
The VIP Day (6-8 hours via video call for screen-sharing):
Morning Session (3-4 hours):
Review your current situation together

I build/fix/set up while you watch and give feedback
You learn by doing - hands-on training as we go
Lunch Break (30-60 min - the dog needs walking & we need to hydrate)

We prioritize the highest-impact items first. Most clients are shocked how much we accomplish in 6-8 focused hours. If you want to continue, you can book additional hourly time or schedule a second VIP Day.

Please don’t, actually! Done is better than perfect, especially in the online world. Just have your passwords and any existing content accessible - we’ll take the mess and make sense of it together.

You can always book additional support hours, or we can set up a monthly retainer. But you should feel confident managing things yourself after our day together - you’ll likely only need ongoing strategy support, advertising services, or content creation/website update support if you don’t have the time/energy to do it yourself.
